WOODSTOCK GIN
This 100% handmade gin comes from South Africa. The micro-distillery is located between the Rio Salado and Woodstock. Founded by Simon Von Witt, who has four years of experience in distillation and Stuart Bartley, a marketing professional, they have produced these gins with the highest quality botanicals, and with a Recipe inspired by local wine and beer. The version of the beer is slightly sweet with notes of malt, the combination of specially selected botanicals providing a full-bodied gin.
The wine version is smooth with subtle notes of Savignion. All our gins are doubly distilled from the original beer or wine base to remove impurities from the base spirit. The second distillation is made with the pure alcohol produced from the spirit. and water base obtained from the first one, which makes it a unique balanced gin.

HONEY
Honeybush or cyclopia although its literal meaning is honey bush, the plant is originally from South Africa. The leaves of cyclopia are used to make herbal teas or infusions. It grows only in one area of South West South Africa and is very similar to Rooibos. The name of the honey bush comes from the honey smell of its flowers and its flavor is similar to Rooibos although a little milder. The production of honeybush is similar to that of tea. The plant is harvested, dried and fermented.
